Faith Fact- St. Jude

Not a great deal is known about Jude. He is also known as Judas not Iscariot, who asks Jesus in John 14:22, "Lord, how is it that you will manifest yourself to us, and not to the world?"

Jude is also believed to be the brother of James the Less, who is thought to also be the same James that was the brother of Jesus. Thus Jude may also be one of Jesus' brothers in addition to being His follower.

The Epistle of Jude in the New Testament is attributed to St. Jude. It is a short letter reminding believers to be vigilant and virtuous and beware of the ungodly in their midst.
