In "The Outline of Faith" in The Book of Common Prayer, each role in Ministry, from laity to deacons, begins with these words:
The ministry of __________ is to represent Christ and his Church.
No matter if you are ordained in The Episcopal Church, or what order you are ordained to, our ministry, at its core, is the same: to make Jesus Christ known through our presence in the world.
That means we are all in this together. It means each and every one of us has important work to do. That means all of us are necessary for the ministry of the church.
