These days, it can be a daunting task to try and tell the Truth. It feel like you are all alone in a world where no one is listening. That can be even harder when the Truth you are trying to share is crucial, like the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Thankfully Jesus comforts us in the words from Matthew today. Even though we may feel like we are alone, we are not. Jesus knows what it is like to face the same struggles we do. Also God cares for us, and will watch over us as we share His message to the world.
Though it may seem we are shouting and no one is listening, God is still present and looking after us. That is a good reason for us to continue to say, “Thanks be to God!”
