Soon in our reading for Prince Caspian we will get to a point where the children see Aslan but aren’t quite sure it is Him. Instead of following, they go their own way.

We see a bit of that with the Disciples today. They see Jesus walking on the water, but they don’t know what to make of it. They aren’t quite ready to see Jesus for who He is. They aren’t quite ready to recognize Him.

When we see God, our hope is that we will be open to seeing the Lord for who He is and going forth to follow Him. Don’t let your hearts be hardened like the Disciples, but be open to letting God in.
